  After careful consideration by the board we sadly have closed the application process.  Gifts From the Heart For Downs runs on donations only, we are an all volunteer organization. Due to an overwhelming number of requests and lack of financial support funding has been difficult to secure.  Until we are able to secure more funds we are putting a hold on accepting applications.
